or rent their property to any other person(s) by advertising with villasdirect.com,
must: (A) satisfy themselves that the intended person(s) who are seeking
to reside or rent at that person(s) property, are of a suitable character
and good standing acceptable to the requirements of the aforesaid person(s)
(B) Be solely responsible for ensuring that all deposits and any other
finances that may be legally owed from the sale of property, rent or other
purchases are collected. The means by which finances are collected is
a matter for the aforesaid person(s) and is not the responsibility of
Villasdirect.com.
MESSAGING SYSTEM
Villasdirect.com has a messaging system and is offered as a free service
for contacting the villa owner. All in coming messages will be screened
by villasdirect.com. We reserve the right to edit out or amend any question
or information offering personal data, e.g., telephone/fax numbers, email/residential
addresses etc. We accept no responsibility for the loss of any message
going through this system for whatever reason that may result in any form
of financial loss. Unsolicited emailing (Spamming) is strictly prohibited

AGREEMENT RENEWALS
We will send you an agreement renewal contract for you to sign and return
eight (8) weeks before the renewal date, which will secure an uninterrupted
service.
CONTRACTS
The contract between you and us will be open-ended. We will inform you
of your unique U.R.L (S). Should you wish to purchase or hire any of the
properties, products or other materials displayed on this site for the
purpose of rent, service or hire, you will then be entering into a contract
solely between you and that independent person offering the aforesaid
items for sale, rent service or hire. Therefore you will be bound exclusively
with the terms, conditions and agreements, as laid down by that person

This will then form the basis of your contract. At no time will your contract

or be liable in any away whatsoever, to any property purchased or hired
by using Villasdirect.com that maybe lost or damaged, effecting the quality,
safety, suitability, condition, performance, legality or any other like
thing, caused as a result of any circumstances whatsoever, whether deliberate,
negligent or accidental.

purchasing and renting a property or other product. Any other usage of

to include an agreed commission (our fee). Our fee will be inclusive of
VAT. Once the booking has been confirmed, an invoice will be sent to you
and under our terms and conditions. Payment will be due within 30 days
from the date of the invoice. Payments can be made by cheque or by credit
or debit Card.
Advertisements featuring properties for sale please visit the properties
for sale section. Companies wishing to advertise their product on the
villasdirect.com website are welcome do so, subject to agreement. If after
thirty days of our invoice date, payment has not been received, then all
information relating to your property/advertisement will be removed from
display. We reserve the right of recourse to recover such outstanding
monies and the instigation of legal proceedings will be considered.
*Villasdirect.com considers an advertisement to be any writing, sign,
image, other visible or audible representation or suggestion whatsoever,
that may be taken to be an advertisement.
PURCHASING
All persons visiting villasdirect.com wishing to purchase or rent any
item that is advertised on this web site should seek legal or professional
help before making any financial commitment. Remember any contract, agreements
or disputes are solely between you and the agent or owner concerned and
at no time will we accept any responsibility.
FORMAT OF ADVERTS
The information and photographs will be featured in a standardised form
for simplicity and ease of use for all. Any photographs submitted for
the purposes of advertising will not be returned unless requested and
an S.A.E sent to Villasdirect.com. If you require your photographs to
be returned and they are damaged or destroyed through our neglect then
we will only be liable for the cost of the print to replace those pictures.

a free service to persons advertising their property for Rentals. As such,
our refund policy will be limited to the agreed commission we received
for the booking of your property through using our site and will be for
that booking only. This will be subject to the discretion of the manager.
